Washington Park is a wonderful neighborhood just a 10 minute drive from downtown Denver. Mature trees, 4350-6250 sf grass lots and bungalows dominate the character of the area. East Washington Park is still enjoying a slight building boom with new homes selling for over $1,000,000, a nice Denver real estate niche.
