DENVER REAL ESTATE – BREAKING NEWS: Established Realtor and attorney Rick Janson is launching a new Denver real estate firm – Denver Lifestyle™ Real Estate.
AGENTS: We are bringing together a group of Denver real estate agents who are:
- leaders;
- connected to / friends with 100s of quality professionals in Denver;
- motivated by helping others and not by personal greed or entitlement;
- not afraid of mopping floors and painting walls to help a client move a home;
- genuinely interested in the well-being of their clients;
- known to become good friends with their clients during the search for or sale of a home;
- driven to give back to the community, whether formally via charities and volunteering or by making the lives of others better;
- fed up with other real estate agents in town who appear entitled, unqualified and lazy;
- and (I consider this a given) extremely knowledgeable wrt homes, negotiating deals, etc. aka darn good at what they do.
Denver Lifestyle™ was chosen as the name because none of us JUST buy or sell homes. We organize trips, happy hours, ski, camp and throw charity events. To us, that’s all a part of the Denver Lifestyle™ and why someone would want to move to or within Denver ~ to be a part of that!
